Our well-equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom sleeps 6 comfortably and is located on the entire bottom floor of the farmhouse with its own private entrance and includes WiFi. The unit has been designed with style and convenience in mind; each bedroom is individually themed and artistically decorated to make you feel at home in a "B&B" like setting.
Two bedrooms have king size beds that can also be made into two large single beds and one bedroom has a queen size bed. One of the bathrooms is located within one of the king size bedrooms, the other larger bathroom is located in the hallway between all of the bedrooms.

The first bedroom is the Venezia room, decorated in rich colors with a romantic queen size bed and sunlight that streams through the window in the morning.
The second bedroom is the Orvieto room, in light pastel blues. It is very spacious and can either be made up as a king or two large single beds.
The third bedroom is the Tuscany room which has a bathroom en suite. It is has calming green colors and can also be made up as a king or two large single beds.
One of the two bathrooms in the rental is located within the Tuscany room.
The other main bathroom is located in the hallway connecting all of the bedrooms.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, etc.; everything necessary to make you feel at home. The dining room, located in the same large open plan room as the kitchen, has a sizable rustic wood table that can easily seat ten people, perfect for entertaining. You'll find plenty of glasses as well as plasticware for use by the pool.
The living room is comfortable and spacious and thanks to the very thick stone walls the apartment stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Since this photo (we'll be adding an updated one soon!) we have added a coffee table as well as an additional small couch that also makes into an extra single bed.
